At Futorii, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders, so you can enjoy your purchase without worrying about extra costs.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched when it’s handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time for your package begins once your order is dispatched from our warehouse. The delivery time will depend on several factors, including your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:
🌍 United States: 5-7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
🇪🇺 Europe: 7-14 business days
🌏 International: 10-20 business days
Please note that shipping carriers may experience delays, especially during peak times or holidays. If your product is being shipped internationally, customs delays may also impact delivery time.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s your responsibility to ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing or result in order cancellation. If we detect any issues with your shipping address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this time, we may cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@futorii.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee they can be made after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At Futorii, we understand the importance of receiving your order on time, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, shipping delays can happen due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather or courier disruptions.
If your package is delayed, we’ll work with the courier to ensure it gets to you as soon as possible. We’ll also keep you updated on the status of your order. Please note, Futorii is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors, but we will do everything we can to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@futorii.com. We’ll assist you in tracking down your package and will work with the courier company to help resolve the issue.
We recommend you file a claim directly with the courier company, as they have processes in place to handle lost or stolen packages. If your package is not located or delivered, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation. Please note that Futorii is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and these are outside our refund policy.
