If you're not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 30-day money-back guarantee, please reach out to us at hello@futorii.com.


Cancellation Policy

Please note that any order cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order could have already entered processing. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We are confident that our products will help you with your inspection needs. To fully experience their benefits, we recommend using them for at least 14 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note, shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our products securely to prevent damage during shipping. A damaged item refers to a product that has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) that does not affect the product itself is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Send us an email at hello@futorii.com with a clear photo of the damage, and we’ll determine if you qualify for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for delays outside of our control, such as issues caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors. If there are any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
